What’s In My Washer And How Long Has It Been There?

What if success is just getting the wash into the dryer before mildew sets in?

  1. I wish, I wish, I wish it were success! Oh wait, then I’d for SURE be a failure. Never mind.

There is not a person on this planet that cannot nod their head in understanding to this post! Seriously, GOOD ONE.

Someday – maybe someday, we will ease up a bit on ourselves and understand these things aren’t a big deal. (Or am I the only one who makes them a big deal?)

Thinking of you often, very VERY happy to see your post pop up!

But not happy about your mildewy laundry.

Gross. What’s WRONG with you? Who does that!?

Ha ha ha ha ha h aha… (I’m actually just trying to make a rambling comment longer than the Rambler Girl’s post. I WIN!)

    1. Thanks Leslie – I love your comments and don’t mind one bit if you show me up in the rambling department! Thanks for thinking of me – I’m well. I think. 🙂

Is it wrong to put the laundry through another rinse (with the softner that smells good) after mildew sets in – instead of washing the load all over again? I’m such a cheater.

      When are you coming up?

  2. SOMETIMES ALL YOU CAN DO IS JUST ALLYOU CAN DO!!!!! Maybe tomorrow things will be different. Paul says that he has learned to be content whatever the circumstances!! Poor guy was constantly being beaten up!!!
Its one foot in front of the other, moment by moment…….not in our own strength but by his power.

  3. Ohmylerd… who hasn’t done that!! Seriously if they hadn’t… they’re LYING!! In fact, I believe I have a load of clothes trying to become permanently wrinkled now!! Better go grab them from the dryer. Nah… I’ll set in again. I’d much rather fold warm laundry. Even if it is all wadded-up-wrinkly. Hope your week gets better!

    1. I sent a dry load through the drier AGAIN because of the wrinkles. Did I fold them after? NO! They’ve been sitting in there getting wrinkled all over again.

And to top it all off, after a few minutes (20?) of a load being washed in the washer, I heard a wierd sound coming from the basement. I went down, smelled the awful smell, saw the smoke, and realized something was terribly wrong with my washer. I have a full load of towels sitting in cold water right now. Nice. It will get better, hubby will fix it!

      Have a wonderful weekend Kimber!

Give it to me!
